A. The Passenger Cab Experience
01. Home Screen 
The carousel allows Uber to showcase their community events and new offers.
02. Dynamic UI  
UI elements that communicate motion & responsiveness. Passengers who don't prefer to log in can click on generic navigation and entertainment options.

03. Access your personal data on the big screen. Log in using NFC. 
Users prefer accessing their youtube, Spotify accounts than a generic recommendation. This personalised UI allows for users to change, modify and add home screen apps.
04. Driver Profile Tab increases empathy for drivers and increases confidence amongst passengers to interact.
Passengers can view testimonials, driver's hobbies and vehicle registration number
05. Trip Status bar to have a quick look.
Catching up with your favourite Netflix show? Swipe down to view your trip status.
06. Have something to report? a bad road, or an accident? Use the report feature to make Uber rides better.

07. Change of Plans? Use the voice assistant to update your trip.
The voice assistant has smart translate that can increase communication between driver and passenger.
08. Driver Ratings and NFC logout.
The UI intuitively alerts the user 3mins before arrival. The user can choose to rate the driver now or later. The screen interaction also shows a safe NFC logout that reassures trust in the system
B. The Driver Cab Experience
01. Receiving an Order.
The AR Heads up display is in the form of a simple loading bar, that can make drivers understand pickup times graphically. The loading bar also allows for gamification possibilities. Simple phone UI helps drivers keep their eyes on the road.
02. Accepting an Order
The trip can be accepted by swiping right and quickly cancelled if needed.
03. Communicate with the Passenger
By swiping up, the driver can access smart text messages or call tab, that directly calls the passenger. The phone switches to speaker mode automatically too.
04. Receiving a call from the Passenger
When receiving a call from the passenger, the driver gets AI recommended message options or the option to pickup.
05. AR Pick-up zone indicator for the driver to reach the real-time pickup point.
Coordination becomes easier when AR pickup marker helps identify the nearest parking spot next to the passenger. The windshield also has a colour coded blinker for the passenger to see.
